Clinical Interpretation (per Harrison’s):
Likely Differential Diagnoses:
Acute Gastritis or Alcohol-induced Gastric Erosion
Classic with heavy alcohol + spicy/oily food
Pain relieved by antacids temporarily
Pre-Renal Acute Kidney Injury (AKI)
Due to dehydration (no food/fluid + alcohol → volume depletion)
Low urine output + concentrated yellow urine + thirst → early AKI picture
Early Hepatic Insult or Pancreatitis (less likely but must not ignore)
Alcohol history warrants LFT and amylase/lipase check
🚨 What To Do Now (Urgent Steps):
✅ Immediate:
Hydration: Start oral rehydration aggressively (ORS 200 ml every 2 hrs)
Avoid alcohol completely
Eat bland, non-spicy diet
🔬 Investigations advised urgently:
Serum creatinine and urea – to rule out kidney insult
Liver function test (LFT)
Serum electrolytes
Urine routine and microscopy
Ultrasound abdomen (if pain persists)
❗ Warning Signs to visit hospital:
Persistent or worsening abdominal pain
Decreased consciousness or urine output
Vomiting blood or black stool
📘 Reference:
Harrison’s Manual of Medicine, Acute Kidney Injury section: Volume depletion, alcohol use, and poor intake can trigger prerenal AKI with reduced urine output and concentration.
Gastroenterology chapter: Gastritis secondary to alcohol and dietary insult is common, especially in fasting state followed by binge eating.

Mostly you have a combination of severe gastritis and dehydration due to excessive alcohol consumption. There is no room for self treatment at this point, consult a physician in your area at the earliest.
You have already done enough damage to your body. The unfortunate part is that from your description you seem to be proud of what all you have done in the past few days.
Please leave it to the Doctor now. Seek a proper consultation with a General Physician preferably for a physical examination and further management.
Avoid hot, spicy , oily food, Take small frequent meals, more of green vegetables and fresh fruits
Avoid tea, coffee in excess, any alcohol.
Tab pantop d one morning and one evening for 7 days.
Syp betonin one Tbspf morning and one
Take Cap. Nexpro L for two times a day, just have Curd rice only....or have vanilla ice cream for 2 days, it is Gastritis with plenty of water.
It is due to fast which caused Gastritis.
Avoid Sugar, cereals, pulses and wheat consume just rice as itis imple to digest
Please get an ultrasound abdomen and liver function test done . Abdominal pain post bouts of heavy drinking can be worrisome . Follow up with reports . In the meanwhile take T. Myospaz forte twice a day for now .
