I had my c section and bleeding goes for 27-28 days then it stopped. Then i got to have brown discharge few days after. And again when i am on my week 5th end my bleeding has started. I want to know if there is any issue or are they my periods. Its my 4or 5 th day. I feel as if bleeding is more than i had before my pregnancy. Before pregnancy my periods were also irregular I got to have less flow but know flow has increased

It may be a normal bleeding
If it is very excessive with clots u need medication
U can go for a scan to clear your doubts

Generally the flow lasts for 45 days and this flow in ur 5 th week could be your regular cycle , but if it is lasting for more than 5 days and increased flow you should get evaluated .

Hello. It could be your period. And first period post delivery can be a bit more than usual. Also period pattern changes post delivery.
But if it is excessive,soaking 1-2 pads within one hour or lasts too long then get a check up.

Up to 45 days you may bleed regularly or irregularly
If it goes beyond 45 days you need an ultrasound to rule out retained placental bits
After 45 days you may usually get your period as well which should not last beyond 7 days
