Minimum of 18-24 months gap is fine but more than 3year is better for 3rd C section. Yes 3rd C section is risky as the complications of scar rupture, placenta previa, feto maternal morbidity is high

Yes third cesarean can be risky Risk of scar rupture needs to be taken into consideration Is still you insist a minimum  gap of 6 months between the next conception and cesarean should be maintained
