Minimum of 18-24 months gap is fine but more than 3year is better for 3rd C section. Yes 3rd C section is risky as the complications of scar rupture, placenta previa, feto maternal morbidity is high

Risk of scar rupture needs to be taken into consideration
Is still you insist a minimum gap of 6 months between the next conception and cesarean should be maintained
