Unwillingly weight increased
My weight is increasing unwillingly. Earlier it was 75 kg but within 10 days it reaches upto 77 kg. I am taking a normal diet 3 chapati and seasonal veg in lunch as well as in dinner. But after 10 days again I checked my weight it was 77kg . And I am also feeling tired at the end of my day. I need advice is it normal or some problem indication. If problem is there what I have to do? I am ready for advance blood tests or any other analysis.
