In July last year, I had sudden palpitations (pulse 150). ER diagnosed sinus tachycardia and hypertension. ECG and Trop T were negative ER sent me home and prescribed me to take lonazep 0.5 mg but i never took it I was sacred for some reason I don't know why. Since then, I often get sharp left-sided chest pain, dizziness, palpitations, and occasional breathlessness. Over the year, I did ~10 ECGs during episodes (all normal), 2D Echo normal. Lipids:
LDL 113,
HDL 49,
triglycerides 106.
Thyroid (
TSH, FT4), glucose (
HbA1c, estimated average glucose), CBC all normal. BP is controlled on medication. Two cardiologists and three MD physicians said I’m fine. I have BMI ~42. I also experience occasional GERD symptoms. Despite reassurance, symptoms persist. Could these be related to hypertension, obesity, or another cause?
