Underweight problem
Hello, my height is 5 feet 1 inch and weight 43 kgs which suggests i am underweight. I didn't lose weight but it has been constant since my college days (hovering around 42-43 kgs). I m lactose intolerant and have problem of acid reflux. Unlike most others, I tend to feel full after eating moderate amount of any food. Plz suggest how can i gain weight healthily.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 30 min, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
