Hi, don't take any medicines for weight gain ,it may harm you. Do gymnasium daily it increases your appetite and helps in increasing muscle mass ,Take protein containing foods like meat,fish ,egg ,lpulses,chapatis. Deep sleep for 7-8 hours is required.
Hi, hope you are well. Concentrate on having energy dense meals. Small meals every 2 hours. Like u can have roti with ghee/oil, or add ghee to your dals, add dates to your milk, soaked almonds with honey, fruit milkshakes with nuts or dates. This does not mean that you should eat junk and deep fried food very often. Also start exercising & doing free body exercises. Include good sources of protein like sprouts, eggs, milk, curd in your diet. Hope this helps.
