Underweight and skinny
Please suggest best possible solutions as the person is still underweight and skinny at 30 age with only 45 kg weight being vegeterian . Need to gain within 1 year if possible or please recommend.

Hi Besides what you are eat you need to start with the whey  protein supplement off good company which will help you gain weight and with that you need to chose the good workout.  Weight gainer supplement will not help you . Eat well balanced diet .

Hi Upon rising on empty stomach take overnight soaked almonds, walnuts,cashew ,seeds, dry fruits along with water..or you can take almond milkshake or banana milk shake or sapota milkshake etc.. Include foods such as ghee in dal, kheer, sweet potato kheer, badam halva, cashew halva, dates, bananas, all seasonal fruit and vegetable varieties, roots and tuber vegetables,.. milk and milk products, moderate plant protein, moderate carbohydrates, low fiber, moderate fats, omega 3 and 6 rich foods like flaxseeds, chia seeds, avocado,almonds, walnuts, pista and other variety nuts etc..all variety dals, legumes, fermented foods, germinated sprouts, millets, to be adequately and liberally included in daily diet.. Hi, Ideal body weight for your height is 58-60 Kgs. Weight is a sum total of Bone, Water, Muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy Have a well balanced diet. Eat 6-8 meals a day. Have carbohydrate and protein rich food combinations like Banana or Mango milkshake, Mix nuts and dryfruit chikkis, Soya or paneer veg rolls etc. Include high biological value proteins which are very well absorbed like- Milk, curd, Paneer, Meat, Fish, Eggs etc .Include essential fats like Almonds, walnut , flaxseeds etc. Eat on waking up and do have a bed time meal like milk and light snack. Do not fast or overeat as this will not help.
