It is advisable to take proper rest for few weeks before you indulge yourself in rigorous activities. Doing some strengthen exercises along with a proper diet can help you in reaching a healthy weight, if done under proper guidance. You should have a balanced meal including eggs, chicken, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts and seeds and lots of fruits and veggies. Having a nutrient rich diet will also help boost your immunity with healthy weight gain.
