My weight is 64 kg. I am 20 year old. In ladt 2 year it has been reduced 4-5 kg. From last 6 month i have cut junk food from my diet and drink too much water Nd eat only home food like without ghee and oil. Because of pimples. Is is the reason that my weight fall down. Or any other health condition ? And how can i increase weight please help
