Ultrasound report view 34 weeks 6 days
Hi Dr. I did my ultrasound on 33 weeks 6 days (currently I am at 34 weeks 6 days) where report has below observations: 1. Interval growth- AC falls below 10%tile, rest of the fetal parameters within normal limit. 2. Liquor- Normal (AFI- 10.1) 3.Doppler study- Normal flow seen in the Umbilical Artery, and low impedance flow in middle cerebral Artery. Normal flow seen in Ductus venosus. . . I have attached reports as well, please let me know if this is normal condition to carry out pregnancy upto min 36-37 weeks. . .

Please get all parameters of the foetus. Please also get  Doppler study report. Please also get weight of the baby. In your case there is no pressing need for urgent LSCS. You should keep daily foetal movements count. Weekly NST. If report is satisfactory please repeat NST every week. There is no need for urgent LSCS at present.  I would have liked to continue pregnancy for 3 weeks more.
