My wife is in her early pregnancy and currently in her 7th week.
initially she has blood spots so I took her to doctor and there she had her ultrasound and almost all other test
ultrasound was normal and doctor advised to have another ultrasound in 2 weeks(upcoming Friday) to check baby development
since yesterday(Saturday), after 1 week of regular medicine consumption, she started feeling vomiting, again in the morning she had very strong feeling of vomiting but did had any vomit.
she feels dizzy and heavy headed all the time since she started medicine.
Current Medicines
1. Duphaston 10 mg
1 tablet three times daily.
Loading dose on Day 1: 2 tablets, then another 2 tablets after 1 hour.
Status: Ongoing.
2. Tranlok-E
1 tablet three times daily.
Status: Completed (6 tablets were dispensed and the course has finished).
3.ALL 9 BOH
1 tablet at night.
Status: Ongoing.
4. Doxinate PD
1 tablet at bedtime.
Status: Ongoing.
5. Energyon powder
2 spoons three times daily (as advised by

Continue with duphaston and doxinate.
As pregnancy progresses these symptoms can occur (nausea, dizziness..etc.)..in the first trimester.
Even energyon powder can be skipped ...tell her to eat healthy , take daab pani and drink plenty of water.

You can stop Energyon powder as it makes the person nauseous at this gestational age. Better to have 2 tablets of doxinate at bedtime. Avoid oily foods, caffeinated drinks or colddrinks.
