From past 1 week I have ulcer like thing on my cheek. Request you to please guide what is that..? I have applied gel as well but there has been no relief yet. What should I do..? I used to chew pan Masala but not much and have stopped from past 15 days.

It looks like inflammation of minor glands over there due to allergic reactions. ( Might be chemicals pan, spicy foods etc). Unless you have burning sensation, pain persistently, nothing to worry. Avoid hot and spicy foods, it will resolve itself.
Next Steps
Please have check up immediately if there is any whitish layer formation or difficulty in opening .

Dont start with steroids .. ths is last line of medication.. can apply Retino A ointment...take Lycopene & multivitamin combined syrup.. have curd & vitamin A rich food regularly

stop oral habit immediately.. if the lesions doesn't subside after all visit oral surgeon for proper diagnosis & proper injection of steroids
Apply kenacort ointment for 1 week . 3 times a day .
Cap BComplex OD for 1 week.
