Ulcer on cheek swelling and jaw pain
I noticed a mouth ulcer developing on my left cheek just adjacent to my growing lower wisdom tooth around 2 days ago.Since today morning,this ulcer has become extremely painful warm swollen and red.Morever the portion just under the angle pf jaw has become extremely tender to touch.A fluttering sound is felt in ears during eating.I live in a hostel and have my exam tomorrow.Someone please help as I am extremely anxious at the moment.Is it something dangerous? Please help.

Dont worry.It may be due to cheek bite.. apply Mucopain gel on the ulcer just before taking any food..gargle with lukewarm water..visit ur dentist asap

It is nothing dangerous. All these symptoms are associated with  eruption of wisdom tooth. Visit any dentist near you, he may help you with necessary medicines after examining it

Hello. You have given the symptoms of pericoronitis which is associated with the eruption of the wisdom tooth. After finishing your exam do visit a Maxillofacial Surgeon for the same. Start with warm saline rinses 4-5times daily and take analgesics so and so. Keep that area clean.
Next Steps
After exam visit to Maxillofacial Surgeon and x Ray of that tooth and removal of the tooth of required.

It is not dangerous. Apply kenacort gel on the ulcer in 3to4 times In a day and take vitamin B Complex capsule. Gargle with Warm water salt in 3to 4times in a day. It will immediately relief you.
