Tubal patency cannot be made out on usg. The uterus and the ovaries can be seen. Any fibroids/polyps/ovarian cyst can be seen on the usg.

No A transvaginal scan will only tell you details of the outside of the uterus tubes and ovaries To find out if the tubes are patent or not you need a test called HSG hysterosalpingography

No for patency of fallopian tubes we need to do a hystersalpingography , a dye aided xay of pelvis On tvs of uterus and adnexa can be seen which includes the fallopian tube and ovary
