Hi, You can start doing light walk n also few stretching exercises concentrating on your pelvic floor, abdomen, thighs n backs after 45 days of c section delivery. Rest of the message you can do till you feel comfortable. Have good sleep n rest , try to breastfeed more to reduce weight fast. Have right foods, stress less. You can consult personally for a customized plan after a month or so, with me, as I am from Delhi too.
