Hi, Congratulations on your motherhood. Firstly you need to give little time to your body to adjust to the new changes, specifically the hormonal changes that is rapidly going on now. No drastic steps can be taken during a period till 2/3 months of c section delivery. You need to have patience n reduce slowly with a proper professional guidance, since I guess you are breastfeeding too. Hence, will suggest try to rest more, stress less, have light home made foods, have milk. Start walking n doing few light stretching exercises after knowing the right exercise for your body type. You can connect any of us personally for further customized guidance. Will be happy to help you to achieve a long term healthy body n mind. I am from Delhi too.
