Tsh in pregnancy
My Tsh was 2.5 in February when i was 6 weeks pregnant. Now the Tsh is 4.12 (May) in 21 weeks and my T4 is slightly high 13.1 (normal limit is 12).I am worried that it affect my baby? I heard it affects the brain of the baby.

U are correct TSh in the  second trimester should be less than 3 U need medication

Now that you are aware that your TSH level has gone up substantially please share the report with your Gynaecologist who is looking after you during your pregnancy. You need Thyroid hormone supplements to control your Thyroid status.
