TSH and T3 are normal and high T4
My mom performed thyroid profile test without taking thyroid medicine on morning but had cholesterol tablet previous night. The T3 value is 128.7 ng/dl (40 -181 is the range) and T4 is 16.0 (5.5 to 11.0 is the range). Tsh value is 4.15 ( 0.5-8.9 is the range). Earlier it was hypothyroidism. Could you pleaD advice? Thank you

Just stopping for a day won't help. Stop it for 15 day's then get tested. As t4 has a half life of week or more so it takes long time to get eleminated from our system. Stop levothyroxin for now and repeat the test after 15 day's. T4 is thyroxin and levothyroxin is the synthetic form of thyroxin. Check for symptoms of hyperthyroideism.
