Trying to conceive
I am having primary infertility for past 5 years. All my hormone levels,blood test,follicular study and SSG are normal but my husband (aged 29 -no drinking/smoking) had less motility and sperm count. Initially tried 5 IUI and all failed. Later started with the IVF treatment, i did HSG twice and doctor said the tubes were blocked just 5 months after SSG was clear. Not sure, how the tube would have blocked in short time or it was not detected in SSG. i got good embryos(Totally 7 and 4 are grade 1) in ivf. During the egg collection cycle(10th day), doctor detected a polyp and confirmed that we will remove it using hysteroscopy and did it. During my embryo transfer cycle, at 9th day, i got another polyp and doc said it could be due to estrogen injection and my sensitive uterus skin. Doc proposed only one embryo transfer or repeat the hysteroscopy polypectomy. Devastated. Repeated it and took two dose of Zolodex 3.6mg injection. Will polyp come again? Spent lakhs in IVF and exhausted.
