Trying to conceive
Hi..I'm trying to conceive since one year..I have pcod issue but my period was regular now and every report was normal husband semen analysis also normal but my amh value is 3.79 and doctor suggested me to take letrozole 2.5mg from 3rd day of periods for 5days Folvite for one month Metformin 500mg I'm already using from last 8 months. Can I expect to conceive this month and on what days we should make the relationship? Can anyone explain what is my actual situation? Attached my reports also..pls check and help me

You should get all the basic investigations done for infertility. After that if a cause is found then the treatment can be directed towards that.

If u hv a 30 day cycle Relations between day 8 to 18 Alternate day If u are unable to conceive in 2 cycles with letrozole Go fr hsg to see if tubes are open or closed

Do serum prolactin for urself. Do follicular study after taking latroz always. And depending on the documented ovulation on ultrasound, hv intercourse on those particular days for purpose of conception.
