Triphala conception
I have a habit of taking triphala daily . I'm trying to conceive.  If I get pregnant, What of I take triphala daily as always  when I'm unaware that I'm pregnant? Will it lead to abortion? I'm worried . Pls help

It won't cause abortion.. But you should stop it during pregnancy.

No, it will not harm you. But single continue use of triphala can cause dryness which may lead to constipation.

Hopefully you can resolve the matter by thriphala Ghrutham but needed to plan conception or if u already conceived then congratulations then also can be addressed by Pomogrenate juice and dates shallow fried in cow ghee
