Anxiety that does not improve despite trying multiple medications does not always mean it is untreatable. Sometimes the diagnosis needs to be revisited, underlying conditions like OCD, trauma, personality factors, thyroid problems or substance use need to be ruled out, and it is equally important to assess whether medications were taken at adequate doses for an adequate duration. Evidence based psychotherapy, especially CBT, is often as important as medication in such cases. I would recommend a detailed evaluation with a single psychiatrist whom you can follow consistently rather than changing doctors frequently, as continuity of care often makes a significant difference in treatment resistant anxiety.

At times symptoms are resistant to treatment, you need to keep working with the psychiatrists and also seek non pharmacological approaches like therapy and other interventions available
