MY MOTHER DOING EVERYTHING MULTIPLE TIME
My mother has had these mental health issues for 20-25 years, She does the same thing multiple times and it is getting serious day by day. Like when she makes tea she adds sugar in that tea multiple times she doesn't want to do that still she does. She cries a lot because of this issue and sometimes she also says that she wants to end her life. I'm very worried about what I Should do?

It can be likely OCD, consult an astute psychiatrist either online or in person and seek remedy. It happens due to altered serotonergic system in the mind pathways and a person does things repeatedly. Good luck

It's a disorder. It's called obsessive compulsive disorder. So what happens that you get a thought which you don't want, it is unwanted and it keeps coming back and it compels you to do, to do something, take an action. Until and unless you take that action, you won't feel at ease. You will have spike in your anxiety levels. So this is a cycle. which goes on and on and on for different things it can get better through therapy regular CBT sessions she can contact me for the same i'll be really happy to help
