It's may be piles/fissure associate with uterus . This thing very helpful ,you should be do this. Diet- खाएं- Fiber's contain, हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां, सेब , पपीता ,अमरुद,dry फ्रूट ,नीबू ,संतरा . Popcorn, nuts, Do not use processed food Water(leuk warm/plain nirman water about 4lit per day). *न खायें(बिल्कुल मना है) -मैदा से बनी खाद्य पदार्थ(समोसा,पेटीज़.. etc). भिंडी, भाटा, कददू (बंद) -oily, sweet thing,chips(little bit u can take). -tea, coffee (if sedentary lifestyle so should be avoid but take only one cup a day) - बज्रासन(must) मयूरासन | Peacock Pose(must) हलासन | Halasana(optional) पवनमुक्तासन | Pavanmuktasana (must) तितली मुद्रा | Butterfly Pose(must)

Drink lots of water. Eat cooked vegetables,and fruits daily.A  banana(robusta) isgood. Eat ur food in time,eat less spicy,less oily food. Chew ur food well,and swallow. Can eat over night soaked,greengram two tsf raw everyday morning. Substitute rice with millets,unpolished red rice. Do not use refined flours. Intake of two tsf ghee is allowed.rillfried,tilloil,coconut oil,grondnut oil,sunflower oil can be used alternatively. Walk erercise,yoga everyday for an hour
