Toothache since 3 days
My rught jaw is paining since last 2-3 days and today its been worsen..though i have a cavity in one of my teeth but never felt such pain in past..n also that teeth is not paining...please suggest what is happenung with me..

simple dental caries if left for prolonged time then the caries may extend to pulp and cause severe pain. if the pain is during night also than the diagnosis may be chronic irreversible pulpitis.
Next Steps
Take antibiotics and a pain killer for temporary relief. consult a dentist .get an x ray done, if cavity/caries  extends till then go for root canal treatment.
Health Tips
Take cifi 200 twice daily.and diclomol twice daily for temporary relief. avoid chewing from the painful side.

Could be an exposure of the tooth where in the nerve of the tooth is exposed u may have to go for root canal
