Please don't give any medications. Take to dentist, check if it is milk tooth or permanent tooth or eruption gum pain. Treatment varies,
Milk tooth--- Better extract, as it might damage permanent tooth
Permanent tooth --- Go for Apexogenesis or apexification
Eruption gum pain-- Apply Dentogel over the area, that's enough.

Please get to the cause of the toothache.dental pain will only subside for few days with medication but overall treatment is needed to avoid major complications
Medicines are supplementary in toothache. They can't treat pain or disease completely.
To relieve pain we need to treat the cause of pain. If milk teeth are not treated they cause infection in new teeth also.
