Ur symptoms are suggestive of a decayed tooth that has spread into the deeper tissues. Need to clear that with either filling or Root canal treatment. Consult ur Dental Surgeon for further help. Till then use any pain killer for only temporary relief

Hi, according to the symptoms your are providing, it seems you have pulp inflammation which requires RCT of tooth. Please visit a dentist and get check up & xray done. Depending upon xray we can decide upon treatment. Home remedies will give only temporary relief. Better to visit a dentist.

Hi.. a tooth ache generally happens either because the cavity in ur tooth has affected the pulp of the tooth or it has developed an abscess (pus). Generally pain happening at night is mostly pupal in origin n might need a Root Canal Treatment. Please visit ur dentist at the earliest!

Severe tooth pain might be an indication of irreversivle pulpitis of the tooth which would require a root canal treatment followed by a crown on the tooth. Visit your dentist before a more severe infection sets in that would require extraction of the offending tooth.
