Toothache on the Right Side
I have a toothache from last 15 days. I have had impacted molar removed sometime back. I have attached an XRay for your reference. Can you please let me know the reason for toothache. I have a jaw pain as well.

You have a decayed molar adjacent to the impacted tooth you got removed. There is also a decayed lower premolar on the other side. They can be a reason for your toothache. And if you have undergone a traumatic extraction, then that can also cause you pain.

you need a RCT in your lower 2nd premolar get it done asap because that will only give permanent relief from pain

There is deep caries in your lower right second premolar, and also in the 2 nd lower molar, where there is impacted tooth. If that is the impacted tooth which you got extracted, then the pain in jaw might be the reason for the traumatic extraction. If not extracted yet, that is the reason for jaw pain.

There is deep decay with lower 2nd premolar on one side.
2nd molar near impacted wisdom tooth may have erosional cavity.
These maybe the reasons of jaw pain.
