Toothache in upper jaw right hand side
From last three days getting toothache on my upper jaw and tooth. It increases when I consume hot or cold beverages. Some portion of tooth also broke down as I feel it by my tongue.

Namaskaram, your symptoms suggest of a fractured tooth. Teeth that have a previous injury or deep cavity are easily prone to fractures. Pain(sensitivity) in such cases indicates that the nerve is damaged or exposed . you need to visit a dentist immediately who can examine the tooth and give you the required treatment. Team Shambhala

plz visit a dentist before it breaks further. your symptoms are suggesting that a root canal treatment and crown is required, rest will be  confirmed on clinical checkup and xray

Mostly it is due to cavity,so I hereby recommend you to visit ur nearby dentist and get the X-ray done.

buy ur symptoms it looks like ur cavity is deep and invoving the vital tissue of ur tooth visit ur dentist,get an xray done. most probably simple filling wont help. u might have to gor a rct with cap
