Toothache in right jaw
Feeling severe toothache in right upper n lower jaws from last week, especially while lying down. This is not continuous, but intermittent. Sometimes felt like heavy heartbeats in jaws. Highly irritable in front teeth. Full mouth x-ray done, advised rct for inner teeth, right upper 7,6 n right lower 6. After that left upper. I ate sugarcane and tried to break walnut 10-15 days before the toothache started. I want to know the reason of severe toothache, especially front teeth, while lying down only and occasion on sitting positions also. And your previous advise for proceeding further as per my present condition and available options. X-ray is attached for your reference.

There are deep cavities in four of your teeth but the deepest one being the right upper side..Get root canal started from the dentist alongwith the prescribed medicines. The upper front teeth might show sensitivity due to abrasion or erosion which can be judged on clinically examining the teeth..Avoid hard food till the time you get your treatment started..Do get crown fixed after getting the RCT done..

The reason for tooth ache is the deep cavity. Irritability in front tooth may be due to abrasion or erosion which can be confirmed after clinical examination or might also be referred pain from back decayed teeth. You have four deep decays. Root canal treatment can be planned based on severity. You can start with the upper right. Undergo cap placement compulsorily after root canal treatment. You also require a round of scaling. There is bone loss in a few regions.... Scaling should help
Next Steps
visit a dentist. get the root canal done as soon as possible.

The upper and lower back teeth on the right side show cavities that are very close to the nerve. And same is the case for upper left back tooth. These three need immediate treatment. May require RCT. At least the right upper one does. The other two need to be cleaned and assessed. The pain in upper front teeth is possibly referred from these back teeth. There appears to be no problem in them as such. But would have to check clinically. Eating sugarcane or trying to crack a walnut are coincidental, not the reason, for pain.
Next Steps
RCT IN UPPER RIGHT TOOTH
Health Tips
Do not delay treatment!
