Toothache in left side

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Toothache on.left upper corner I had a wisdom tooth extraction on left side upper and lower a year back The upper tooth extrem left side feels rough and it has a dull ache. What can be done? Sometime it radiates to right as well with Slight rough texture Im using sensodyne and warm gargle. What could the the cause There are no holes and nothing black as cavity that I can make out at all or even see What are home remedies?

looks like you are facing problem with upper wisdom tooth.. it may has caries or it might be erupting in wrong direction.. plz visit ur dentist so that they can check clinically and help u further... meanwhile u can do salt water gargling nd pain killers to relieve the discomfort...
