I have a toothache in a sinlge teeth (canine). It keeps on coming back after I eat or drink sonething. I am also experiencing sensitivity on that particular teeth only.

If it’s only sensitivity you can use anti sensitivity toothpaste like Colgate pro relief . If there is decay you will have to get it treated accordingly.
Multiple reason can be there for your sensitivity it can be decay of tooth erosion,abrasion due to forceful brushing habit,or may be gums problem.
