Tooth pain can not be relieved with brushing. Please visit your dentist to find the cause of pain. History of diabetes is also there so please don't delay your visits. It may get aggregated.
Brushing twice will not help reduce the pain because once there is infection it will not settle till it is treated. Consult a dentist for X-ray and they will be able to diagnose the cause of pain and treat accordingly.
Hi.. Plz visit dentist for consultation and medicine. She can apply ice from outside and avoid hot food or drink. You will have to get treatment done otherwise pain may become severe.
