Hello Depending upon the extent of the infection, we decided that teeth has to be extracted or can be saved The infection might spread to the adjacent tooth if it is not treated

Hello! Unfortunately no it's not possible without extraction. Yes! if its infected it ll spoil the adjusant teeth.
