Please prescibed the medicine for pain relief. It is so severe. Tooth decay in upper side .only one tooth is black in color and severe pain. For emergency or temporarily prescibed the medicine.

Analgesics along with antibiotics has to be taken if there is infection along with pain.you can Take Tab.diclofenac-50mg tab.twice daily for 3 days along with antibiotics. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations.

The blackening of tooth is decay and should be treated for complete removal of pain...u should visit dental clinic, there an x ray will be done which will show the extent of decay on the tooth and accordingly the treatment will b done...meanwhile u can take 2 Tablets of Tab Ketorol DT together that will give u temporary relief Take care!
