For immediate pain relief you should take Ketorol DT soluble tablets. 2 tablets mixed in lil water and drink it. Only in case of severe pain. You ll get relief within 10 mins.
But it's best advised to visit dentist and get yourself treated first. Please don't delay.

Hello madam,
If the pain is too intense please do visit us or nearby dentist before taking any medications without diagnosis. For emergency treatment you can brush your teeth and you can put a drop amount of colgate pain out relief gel on the tooth. But these are temporary relief. Visit us for permanent solution
