Hyperkalemia: weakness, paresthesia, muscle fatigue/weakness → flaccid paralysis, bradycardia, arrhythmia/cardiac arrest
GI: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
Hypotension/dehydration and worsening renal function from excessive diuresis

Overdose of Spironolactone may cause serious side effect.
Most common side effects of Spironolactone is
1 Dizziness
2) Drowsiness
3) vomiting
4) Diarrhoea
SERIOUS SIDE EFFECT
1) HYPERKALEMIA ( High potassium level in blood -- dangerous change in heart rhythm

As you mentioned you are having uneasiness in chest after overdose of aldactone, then you must go to your near by cardiac hospital or emergency hospital, and get your ecg done as soon as possible and complete blood count, renal function test, liver function test done, aptt, and inr these test as well

Aldactone leads to k retention and sodium and water loss.High potassium can affect the electophysiological functions of the heart and lead to cardiac dysfunction.ECG variations like tall peaked T waves are seen.Go to a hospital where they’ll monitor your heart Ang give medicines and drips to lower your potassium level
