Too skinny, weight gain problems
Female 25yrs, 5'6" height, 51kg weight. I am unable to gain weight. I look very skinny. I have a normal diet plan, which includes milk, fruits, paratha, curry, rice-lentils-vegetables (lunch), 3 chappati (dinner), desert, dry fruits. I do have breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. I have consulted doctors earlier and did all tests suggested by them, but the reports are all normal. I don't know why I am not able to gain few kilos and look healthy and not skinny. Please help.
