I want to reduce weight and come out of obesity issue. I want diet chart to be followed. I am pure vegetarian. Previously I had erosive gastritis issue 6 years back. Recently no such health issues. Please advice diet to follow. Previously 2 years followed LCHF food and reduced 8 kgs in 3 month's. After leaving again weight increased. Very rarely I used to get gastritis problem. Right now having food in the morning and afternoon. Dinner having tiffin. Office hours break time used to have coffee or tea twice or thrice. Having walking habit of 15-30 minutes daily apart from Sunday's. Feeling tiredness and sleepiness in day hours in both pre and post lunch hours. To overcome I wash face and go for a small walk. Please advice the food diet to follow to keep healthy.
