My periods are usually regular but sometimes get delayed( happens 2-3 times a year) . This time too I’m already 4 days late and I have an important trip next week that involved trekking. I’ve taken Primolut-N earlier without issues. I want to avoid my period overlapping with travel. What would you suggest?”

Please consult with a Gynaecologist with a detailed time program, when was the period due, when is your trek going to start, how many days trekking, any other activities during the trekking.
Then the time schedule of the medical treatment can be planned.
Any medication for postponent has to be taken 3 days before the expected date of periods so if you take this medicine on an already delayed periods it's role is unpredictable
