Being skinny is not a very good sight for an individual and no matter what we eat we tend to not overcome from this problem, however what we think is that we are eating right and enough but in actual way you're doing it totally wrong. You need a diet havind proper ratio of carbs, protein and fat, and gradually increasing it over a period of time with your growth.
