I am 39 year old vegetarian person. I have active life style as I have wood work. My hight 5'11" and weight is 84 kg. I have belly fat but entire body is normal. No diabetes and No other medical problems.
I always feel tiredness , weakness and sleepy most time. After work early I feel tired and body pain. But no health problem.
What should I do to overcome this. Become more energetic and healthy.
