Tiredness , weakness and light body pain
I am 39 year old vegetarian person. I have active life style as I have wood work. My hight 5'11" and weight is 84 kg. I have belly fat but entire body is normal. No diabetes and No other medical problems. I always feel tiredness , weakness and sleepy most time. After work early I feel tired and body pain. But no health problem. What should I do to overcome this. Become more energetic and healthy. I am little bit lazy.

You should indulge in physical activities in moderation, especially in the morning for one hour. It can be brisk walk, doing movements of arms and of small joints of fingers. You should take one tablet of Calcium twice a day and one Multivitamin capsule daily. You should have 4-5 pieces of dry fruits (almond, walnut , Raisins) every day. Plus you should have a balanced diet.
