Hey i understand,it’s amazing that you quit alcohol please keep going . The symptoms that you are experiencing can be cuz of withdrawal of alcohol or nothing at all ,the key to quitting alcohol is to stay consistent with the belief of you can do it and also understand that alcohol is not controlling you . In terms of consultation i would recommend you to see Md Internal medicine and an endocrinologist for a detailed assessment.
Next Steps
You can book with me on Practo to clarify any doubts or i can treat you as well for the withdrawal symptoms thank you
