Hello,
Tiny black dots in stool can have multiple causes, including undigested food particles, iron supplements, or gastrointestinal bleeding. Since you have been experiencing this for 4–6 months, it would be best to undergo a stool routine examination and microscopy to rule out any underlying issues like infections, parasites, or occult blood.
If you have any additional symptoms like abdominal pain, weight loss, or changes in bowel habits, consult a doctor immediately. You may also consider dietary modifications and monitoring for any new symptoms.
