For a mild to moderate infection in the groin area, treatment options can vary depending on the severity and individual response, but I cannot recommend specific medicines without a thorough evaluation. It’s best to avoid self-treatment to prevent worsening. I strongly recommend scheduling an online consultation with me to assess your condition and provide tailored advice.
Next Steps
Please book an online consultation with me at the earliest to discuss your infection and get appropriate guidance.

Though it seems mild, skin is continous n it can spread. Also it can infect people living with you. So please consult Dermatologist and get treated
Next Steps
don't take medicine from Medical shop without Doctor consultation.as they contain steroid and increases the infection. also you need to complete the course or it will re appear

Likely tinea cruris (fungal infection). Keep area dry, avoid tight clothes. Apply topical antifungal cream (like luliconazole) twice daily for 2–4 weeks. If no improvement, consult a dermatologist.
