Thyroid???

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Tsh level is 0.88 but t3 and t4 are in normal range.. Do i have thryoid issue? My heart rate n bp go fast suddenly and I am not responding well to any bp medicine. Doctor wanted thyroid test to see if its causing it
