My advice is to go for Anti Tpo antibodies ( anti Microsomal\Thyroperoxidase antibody) FT4 ( Thyroxine -Free) T3 ,TSH... These test are very relevant to know for thyroid profile. If you are experiencing irregular periods.. I suggest you to go for Ultrasound Abdomen ( just to check out PCOD status)...

Thyroid can not be cured it can be prevented by diet. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food. Due to thyroid avoid certain vegetables.

Hello, Just go for T3, T4 and TSH which is thyroid profile test. Thyroid can not be the only reason for weight gain.

Hi I can't say anything without getting the blood reports. You get your T3, T4 and TSH done -- this is Thyroid Profile. The test will tell You that you have THYROID or not
