The dose of Thyronorm doesn't change appreciably by such a drastic rise in TSH level. You will still get 100 mcg Thyronorm in the morning.
Repeat TSH after one month. Then the dose will be readjusted.

Is there some mistake in typing it. Is it really T4 or it is T3 ? If your TSH is normal then T4 should not be that high. Check again.

Very high T4 is suggestive of hyperthyroidism, certain harmone drugs like contraceptive pills also can cause
I will advise repeat tests and if actually high hyperthyroid state should be treated
