The dose of Thyronorm doesn't change appreciably by such a drastic rise in TSH level. You will still get 100 mcg Thyronorm in the morning.
Repeat TSH after one month. Then the dose will be readjusted.
Very high T4 is suggestive of hyperthyroidism, certain harmone drugs like contraceptive pills also can cause
I will advise repeat tests and if actually high hyperthyroid state should be treated
