Thinking all the time.
I am always thinking something or the other. I am not able to concentrate on anything. Mind is blocked or i am stuck somewhere not able to decide any new step.

If this is in response to a stressful event then it will help if you talk to a trusted family member or friend about it. Alternatively see a psychologist.  If this has been the case for a long time, you could have an underlying depression.  Please see a psychiatrist who will diagnose and treat accordingly.
